OSEA 2014 exhibition

The OSEA2014, Asia’s largest Oil & Gas exhibition was held on the 2nd – 5th Dec 2014 at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore. Being an integral part of the industry, Dura-Metal was there reaching out to the industries to share its latest technologies and R&D initiatives for sustainable Oil & Gas. The exhibition attracted more than 28,600 Oil & Gas trade professionals and the 4-days event was deemed a great success for Dura-Metal in reaching out to companies to showcase their technologies and product capabilities.

The innovations on display were focused on four key areas: Welding Hardfacing technologies, material testing & analysis, Thermal Spray methodologies and Pre-Fabrication of Wear parts. The focus on R & D came at a crucial juncture when there was a need to cope with the industry’s rising demands.

Several interests were expressed on our business developments in Welding and coating products which address many of the challenging issues faced in the industry. Supported by our in-house specialists, many constructive discussions were accomplished which lead to several opportunities and pipelines.
